Need a Facility to Host Your Event?
The ECHO Resource & Support Center exists to support homeschooling families through faith, family, community, excellence, and discipleship. The facility is intended to provide educational, enrichment, ministry, fellowship, and support opportunities that align with ECHO's mission and values.
Reservation Requests
All reservation requests must be submitted through the approved Facility Reservation Request Form.
*Offering an enrichment course, group activity, special event or other homeschool-specific opportunity? Complete Independent Service Provider Form including details about your offering, and email to EastColumbusHomeschoolers@gmail.com.
Recommended advance notice
• Conference Room: 48 hours
• Classroom: 7 days
• Event Room/Fellowship Hall: 14 days
Approval Process
Reservations are not considered approved until written confirmation is issued by ECHO administration.
Payment
Applicable fees must be paid prior to facility use unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
Rooms Available
These are a description of the rooms we have available. When you submit your request, you will be matched with what is most appropriate and what we have available for the time you are requesting. If this does not meet your needs, you can always contact us directly. Thank you.
Auditorium
The Auditorium is located behind the resource room and can accommodate about 30-100 guests. There is a piano and sound system in the front along with a conversation area in the back.
Conference Room
The conference room is located to the left of the Resource room and past the admin desk. There is enough seating for about 2-8 people comfortably.
Resource Room
The resource room is where our lending library is located. There is plenty of room to explore the offering of curriculum, a reading mat for the littles, and a white board and TV for presentations. This room will hold 10-20 people comfortably.
Kids Classroom
The kids classroom is located past the kitchen area and children's area. It is the first room on the right. It can accommodate about 15-30 students.
Classroom
The classroom is located to the right of the Auditorium and will hold approximately 15-30 people. There is a teacher's desk and tables for the students as well as a white/chalk board.
